Readers may be interested to view an article the VMS's journal is publishing shortly which I have written on 24th soldiers in the 1st squadron Imperial Mounted Infantry at Isandhlwana. Norman Holme's 'The Noble 24th' left out a number of seconded 24th soldiers and made a number of errors with others. As a useful adjunct to his book and to my much earlier article on the MI at Isandhlwana. readers may find this latest article useful.
