In previous mails on this site a few people questions repeating information ad-infinitum, well my answer to this is that daily new people to this site are noy in possesion of facts and as is the nature of such a defined site the same questions get asked time and time again .
Does a museum guide say " I am not answering that because i answered thatbquestion yesterday !" . When the questions dry up then we can worry somewhat .

As regard this complied list a couple of oft repeated errors . It was Pte CALEB WOOD not WOODS at the drift and also it was C/Sgt George WILLIAM Mabin NOT Maybin present . The relatives of these men are known to me personally and a check on the records will support these spellings . I hope in the years to come many questions are raised and i for one am not worried if questions are repeated , even the experts get it wrong at times and i am no expert . Thank you , Graham

Again the gremlins strike !!!, it should of course read " a few people ASK questions " and aslo it should read NOT instead of NOY ,( I CAN SPELL MOST TIMES ) ,there should not be a " b " after that ( before the word question .Sorry .

Blimey i have done it again , for ASLO read also , Sorry again ! , Graham

...but a museum guide might say "You can rad the answer to your question in more detail than I have time and (in this case) space for over there!"
I see nothing wrong in redirecting questioners to already-existing postings on the website.
