Questions about these items tend to appear on a couple of the current forums and I wondered if it would be better to have a forum for these subjects dealing specifically with the men's uniforms, equipment and weapons ?

Just an idea, as I'm not sure what's involved in creating such. Confused

I should have started this topic in the Suggestions section, as I thought with recent questions being asked on 2 or more of the site's forums, about uniforms, as well as previous topics about them and other items, including firearms, bayonets, etc., it might be easier to have a new forum on this site specifically for these areas of interest. However, I can only put forward the idea. Smile

Hopefully, if it's considered worthwhile, it will be added. Wink

I'm not an expert on such matters though, so it will be up to Peter and Alan to make the decision and also those 'wise in the knowledge' of the subjects to supply the answers.

I reckon it's a good shout too Coll. I'm sure that many of us model (military figurines that is - not the catwalk! Very Happy

) and would find a specific forum most helpful as an additional source of reference material and expertise.
