The grave is in Reigate Cemetery. We came across it when we were looking for John Cordy Baxter RE.

I had an article published tracing Durnford's genealogical forbears and his children and relatives' descendants. His children were:
Edward William (in one record Edward Charles) b. 19.6.1855 in Ceylon, d. 16.7.1856 in Malta; Frances Elizabeth Mary b. 5.1.1857 in Malta, married N. McIvor Rapp 1883 (a descendant of a Napoleonic general), lived in Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex, d. 1919 without issue; Julia Brabazon b. 1859 in England, d. 1860 in England.
The article has been published on the web without my permission so is generally available. However it was mangled in the process and does not read as it was supposed to. The explanatory genealogical tree which accompanied it has also been left out and so the article all becomes rather meaningless. A copy of the tree and the article are deposited in the RE Museum Chatham. I can also send you a copy if you're really interested.
