thank you, yes that was my understanding, my main concern is that i wish to purchase as close as possible the correct cloth to cover the helmet! does anyone know what is the modern equivilant?

hello, can someone tell me what material is covering the home service helmet please, post 1880, and where all regiments blue? i am making one re-2nd queens.
