Bill was excellent: the audience at the National Library of Wales was treated to a rare display of in-depth knowledge of the subject, which was delivered with clarity and humour. (And yes, he came in full uniform, which added to the occasion!) Apparently, they've been talking of little else down in the stacks of the library ... Kind regards, Paul |
