I understand there is to be a Rorke's' Drft parade through Brecon on
21st February.
Does anyone have any information on this,please?

GRAND MILITARY FAIR and SWOP SHOP at Market Hall, Brecon 10am to 4 pm on SUNDAY 22nd FEBRUARY 2009; to support this event the Regimental Museum is open 10am to 4pm. For more details, contact Museum, tel: 01874 613310, email:[email protected]

Some of the 1879 Living History Group are likely to be recruiting at this event.

Dear Tom,

Our knowledge of forthcoming events depends on someone remembering to tell us. We are NOT The Rorke's Drift Museum - but a regimental museum for 24th Regiment - although more artefacts than others.

But what you really wanted to know is..............

RORKE'S DRIFT CONCERT 2009 - Band of Powys Army Cadet Force supported by Corps of Drums Cambridgeshire Army Cadet Force at Theatr Brycheiniog at 19.30 hours.
