I asked about the possibility of obtaining a poster-size version of the well-known portrait photograph of Col. Durnford a while ago for to frame and put on a main wall.

I've not yet managed to acquire such, but my concern is that the portrait photograph of him may not be as clearly defined as I would hope when enlarged.

I don't know who owns the rights to this or other images, but I wish to ask, if there may be a chance some time later (130th Anniversary ?), that the official production of a framed poster-size portrait photograph of Col. D. is made available to buy, hopefully then being of a higher-quality than from another company ?

I'd be very keen to obtain such an item.

I hope this may become a possibility.
