Although this is the box cover art for figures, I found this a nice modern depiction of an officer in command of an NNC company, appearing to be in action, the men all wearing the red headbands and various headwear/weapons.
I think it makes a good illustration of a rare(ish) scene, that captures how they would look en masse, instead of the colour plates you might see showing only a few.
