I agree.

It comes down to more of a personal interest on my part.

In my mind, the study of Isandlwana will never be over, or have any sort of closure, due to the lack of an in-depth official investigation in the aftermath.

It'd also be good if I, or someone else, got the opportunity to dig deeper into the archives, to find any related documentation that never surfaced, perhaps by the choice of the military or even those in higher authority.

PS. I'm definitely no Jim Garrison (JFK Assassination), Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein (Watergate), but I find these types of investigations intriguing enough to try and pursue one of my own.
