For Kevin Sullivan

Kevin
Further to your posting on the old forum, have you made any progress on showing or making copies of the 8 mm film taken by your father on the film set of "Zulu"?

Does any one know what happened to Jay Pinto and the film he showed at Bristol a couple of years ago?

Cool Hi Mel,

thanks for your interest. Hopefully my film will be used in a documentary about the filming of Zulu. I am convinced that the original color-footage material must be somewhere in South Africa in an archive or so. What did you think of the Bristol showing? Ian Knight made very interesting comments about it. That`s what I enjoy most: to show people this film and every time it is a different experience and every time you get to know more.

Kind Regards,

Jay

Like Mel, I know a lot of us were really enthralled to see the film you brought along to Bristol.

I'm sure that if you were to copy it onto a disc, you would sell quite a few copies.

Bill

Good to hear from you.
Totally agree with Bill.
Have you any plans to set up another showing of the film?
