My local W H Smith has it for 1/2 price at the moment, I think it is exclusive to them. I believe it is published by Ian Allan Books.

Another place you could consider is Baptys. They are film armourers based near Heathrow and have a wide selection of weaponry including Martinis (they supplied the ones for Zulu!).

Bapty certainly supplied real Martinis for Zulu. They are selling some of them off, being a mixture of decommissioned pieces, later army issue and also some pre-1879 army issue.
