Does anyone know what the two medals Clr Sgt Bourne is wearing throughout the film? I'm guessing that the second one is the Ashantee Medal of 1874, but what is the first? Any suggestions?

I've not seen the picture in question but I would hazard a guess that the rifles are large calibre hunting rifles that break and load like a shotgun but fire a solid bullet. A lot of hunting/adventur ...
