Date | Original Topic | 1st December 2004 | Archaeology at Isandhlwana By Michael Boyle Perhaps I've missed it on the archaeological/anthropological web sites I visit but does anyone know in which journal(s) the reports on the recent field work at Isandhlwana are/will be published? | Date | Replies | 1st December 2004 | Melvin Hunt Michael
There is a good article of the 2000 archaeological dig in the eighth (Dec 2000) edition of the AZWHS journal. | 4th December 2004 | Michael Boyle Melvin
Thanks, I've taken steps to acquire it now (although I had been trying to limit my overseas expenditures until the exchange rates stabilize a bit it now seems that may not happen in my lifetime).(Or the next four years, which ever comes first.)
Still I was rather hoping to read the "official" presentation in an archaeological publication.( I've always been interested in the technical details of excavations-grid sizes, depths, techniques, anamolies etc.)
Best
