Never did win a prize for spelling but have managed well up to now folks ! .

Pte Roy { later Cpl } DCM was not as has been reported as being born in both EDINBURGH and DUNDEE but in fact in PORTMOAK in FIFE , just near the very island where Mary Queen of Scots was incarcerated . Roy`s parents were living in DUNDEE and Roy joined up in EDINBURGH Castle as i well known .
