25th December 2001 White British Army Pith Helmets
By James W. Hamilton
I discovered that the White Pith Helmets of the royal Marine Band are made by Owen Company in UK and I have the address . I would need to be part of a Order for Military Reinactors or other Military Order because they will not just make One they need a Order . They are the most beautiful White Pith Helmets I have ever seen any where in the World I would think your Order and support of this Company with a Order would also help to preserve this Quality British Company and the Jobs of its British Skilled Craftsmen and Ladies . The White Woolsely Pattern Pith Helmets of the Royal Marine Band go low over the ears and looking very much a British Commonwealth Tradition . Please join me in a Order ? I require but One myself . Thank You for reading this E Mail . James W. Hamilton , 79 Toledo Road, Markland Woods, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9C 2H7 Canada . Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all .

Hi James
In Canada, you could probably obtain the same helmet thru the Metro Toronto Police Force. The mounted unit uses this helmet I believe.
Also, there is at least 2 Canadian Army Regiments that use this helmet for parades.
I think the Lord Strathconas Horse is one and the Governor Generals Horse Guards is the other.
Hope this helps.
