Does anybody have anymore information about this photo?.

I would really like a good copy of it, if anyone knows where I can obtain one. Or if anyone has any information such as who took it and when, I would be very grateful.
I first saw it when I went on a battlefield tour of Rorkes Drift and Isandlwana and it was on the wall of the lodgings at Fugitives Drift where I stayed, I came across it again recently and my interest was rekindled!
