no, no, i haven;t heard he's dead, or anything! I saw him in an edition of 'The Good Old Days' on BBC via a re-run can anyone back this up? It was actually from the seventies, but repeated on one of our satellite channels - Granada Plus, methinks, or UK Gold, something like that! Thanks, all.
