19th July 2001	Private Hook By Rog The RDVC site says that Hook was 16 in 1877 and 28 in 1879. Perhaps the aging process speeds up when you're shitting yourself.

19th July 2001	Martin Everett Alfred Henry HOOK was born at Churcham in Gloucestershire on 6th August 1850. So he was aged 28 at the time of the Defence of Rorke's Drift.
