was the son of Mrs Ann Fector Bromhead who founded the Bromhead hospital in Lincoln approx 1856.

The Bromhead family home is in Lincolnshire. I suggest you go to the local reference library and find a copy of Debretts Peerage - the Bromhead's main family line are baronets.
