30th August 2005	Henry Hook, VC - Rededication Ceremony? By Nick Thornicroft Hello. It was brought to my attention some months ago that there would be a rededication ceremony at Hook's grave in Churcham, Glos., on September 3rd. Is this still the case? I have heard nothing about it since, & the local press has not picked it up. Many thanks.

30th August 2005	Alan Critchley I have been sent this information. The 1879 group are planning a celebration to mark the 100 years since the death of Pte Henry Hook VC, the ceremony will be held at Churcham Church, Gloucestershire on September 3rd at 2pm, this will be the first time Hooks 2 families we have met. He was married twice. Alan
