29th March 2005	Officers rank badges By Richard This question may have been asked before, but anyway here goes. In the Victorian British Army where did officers wear their rank badges? I know that General officers have always worn their rank on the shoulder, but what about those below them?

29th March 2005	Chris Collars. I dont know the eact system other then it was a bit different from today, ex a Lieutenant wore a crown rather pips like today. Perhaps someone else here can help
