Fair enough question, mostly anything to do with the AZW. | 4th March 2005 | Michael Boyle Andrew,
For the 17th Lancers I'd suggest using the google search feature on the home page both within this site and on the web.(For a web search make sure to enclose it in qoutes to cut the hits down to only 6,610!)
For the AZW in general, start with reading the links on the blue bar to the left paying special attention to the "Books" section and perhaps search within this site for 'books' (1730 hits!) to narrow it down to what interests you most.
Best

Why not do the blind obvious - and contact the Regimental Museum in Grantham (now called the Queen's Royal Lancers) - all the contact details are given on:
www.armymuseums.co.uk | 6th March 2005 | AMB Andrew,
Try also:
A History Of The 17th Lancers (Duke of Cambridge's Own) by Hon J W Fortescue. Modern reprint by Naval & Military Press is quite reasonable.
Hope this helps.
